We found out good rates in the hotel. The breakfast was warm with scrambled eggs and sausage, as example, we greatly enjoyed everything. Favourable location of the property within walking distance of restaurants.

The studio suite had two bathrooms and was very clean and impressive; the location was fantastic near the subway and only a 15-minute walk to downtown, and the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant.

It has absolutely amazing, wonderful staff. the location of the venue is marvelous, just next door to several good restaurants in the area ranging from fast food to casual dining and the surrounding areas and the shopping district in Springfield on Battlefield and Glenstone.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants. Right across the street from the residence in, you can find some very good restaurants. Additionally, there is an open area to the left of the check-in desk where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The breakfast could use some improvement. According to one guest, the sausage and pineapple were not enjoyable, and the eggs tasted like powder.

The location of this hotel is perfect for business travelers, as it is close to shopping needs in the water tanks area. Additionally, it is conveniently located right across the street from another Residence Inn, which is great for networking with other professionals. Furthermore, there are some very good restaurants nearby, perfect for unwinding after a long day of work.

The service at this hotel fell short of expectations. Some guests reported delays in getting a plunger, and others mentioned issues with housekeeping not servicing their rooms in a timely manner.

The Residence Inn By Marriott Springfield Old Keene Mill is a fantastic place to stay in Springfield. The rooms are exceptionally clean and come equipped with climate control, cable channels, and a comfortable seating area. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the king studio is reliable and works seamlessly.

The hotel in Springfield was stunningly beautiful and conveniently located right across the street from the residence inn. the room was clean and had useful amenities like a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and kitchenware, which was convenient. the bathroom was nice and important. the location of the property was central, next door to Springfield Mall, with several good restaurants in the area ranging from fast food to casual dining and a shopping district nearby.
